On September 23, the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN), through the CIS Tecnoloxía e Deseño, held an online dissemination event under the frame of the European User-Factor project.

During the “Support for Design from Public Entities” event, the main public support sources for Galician design were shared. As part of the experiences reported, the results of the User Factor – GAIN Design Pilot were presented. In this Design Pilot, 25 Galician SMEs were involved in an experience of design support by mentoring.

Finally, at the end of the event, a proposal for a “Capitalization Manifesto” was debated with Galician policy drivers and stakeholders.
