USER FACTOR aims to strengthen innovation in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across eight regions by putting design at the hear of the business development process. Funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area programme since 2018, the USER FACTOR consortium has led workshops, held events and delivered one-to-one support to SMEs from a wide range of industries and sectors. We have advanced innovation capacity of SMEs across the whole development process from user research to concept development and from prototyping and testing to launch.

The end of 2021 sees the conclusion of this phase of the USER FACTOR project and we invite you to participate in our online conference to hear the activities and results. The conference will share the achievements made by partners during the project and give each a chance to present insight, compare lessons learned and discuss best practice as well as discuss the ongoing need to support SMEs to use design.
